It has been a movie week for me, i watched three movies in a week and that explains why i'm so broke. Haha. Labels: Movie marathon
First was Dance, Subaru. I watched it with JiaEn and KeQi. It's one that i was anticipating to watch due to the fact that Kuroki Meisa was the lead actress, and a plus point to it was that DBSK had 20 seconds appearance. Lol, but i'm not someone who watched for the sake of that 20seconds. Anyway, it turns out to be a good movie. Though i don't really like the director's style. Haha. Movies with dance featured are supposed to be nice, this is what KeQi thought, and i second that. I think so too because they make use of human's softest point for their dreams and passion to touch the audience. And i'm impressed by Meisa, seriously, though she's inexperienced in dancing and her acting wasn't professional (that's what other says which i don't really agree to it), but i could see how she pour her heart out when she's acting. I think she might found something alike in dancing and acting. Dancing is not how the choreographer told you how your feet should move, its about your soul leading your body to where it should be. And same goes to acting. Acting is not how the director instruct you the expressions that you should carry, its about how your heart bring out the emotions that you should express. I guess no one knew better than Kuroki Meisa herself.
And i like what Liz Park, acted by Go Ara told Mana, the impact of that sentence... Anyway the last dance scene was the best i thought.
Then later on i watched it the second time with Karen and WenJie haha. WenJie was completely captivated by Meisa's charisma haha! And watching it the second time i discovered some misstep in the movie. Hehe.
Another two movies were watched on the same day. Originally we plan to watch Ghost of Girlfriend's past with JiaRen but he said he's still young, so he's not suitable to watch romance. Weird logic. So we changed it to Night at the Museum 2. It's funny i think. But the cause of the problems are quite illogical. But nevertheless i had a good laugh.
Then afterwards KeQi and I continued our second movie, Ghost of Girlfriend's Past while JiaRen went back home. I thought that movie was bad. The only good thing i could think about is the lesson learnt for players and due to the fact that i'm not, so it wasn't really a plus point that i would add for the movie. I think the movie went to fast for the flow, but sometimes too slow that you take a small nap in the middle and you'll still know what's going on. And because most of the parts are going too fast, the character's emotions were developed at an extremely fast speed, probably this moment he's still laughing, next he might probably be shouting and crying. So i find it very irritating. But it might be like what KeQi says, the company have budget constrain so they try to cut short the movie duration! Haha.
Then i also wanna blog about that K event with Catherine and her wives. Haha. It was a rare opportunity for so many of us to gather together. Haha. But such a pity that WeiYi was feeling extremely unwell that day so she can't join in the fun, the shoutings to be precise. Haha. Anyway I really enjoyed myself on that day. Though i wasn't being myself for not snatching the mic =.= it was what they kept saying. But spending those time with friends, i think the money was well-spent. Haha, and i swear to get myself a camera in one year! Haha, it's all because of Cheryl haha! And i remember JiaEn kept saying the waiter was very handsome. Hahaha. Can't stand her! She almost got his number. Oh poor me for being there haha! No lar. Anyway, lets have this kind of gathering more often and compensate WeiYi's loss for not being there on that day!
Life's been boring. But i don't want school to reopen so soon! I haven taste the sweetness of holiday yet. And i haven been focusing on studies and projects. Gosh, keep delaying serious work. :(
